Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festivals, promotional sales, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Coverage

Homkare currently delivers to most locations across India through trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you regarding your order.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders and promotional offers.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or special delivery locations.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipment Confirmation Email

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Partner Details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Incorrect phone number

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, mobile number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

Homkare is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered

  • Missing items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For faster resolution, kindly provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (recommended)


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected PIN codes.

Homkare reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or high-risk orders.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns and refunds.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government regulations

  • Courier operational issues

Homkare is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
